— From Formulation to Batch Release

Five stages. Full documentation. Zero regulatory shortcuts.

Every manufacturing agreement we sign begins with the same five-stage workflow—designed end-to-end for BPOM audit readiness, not assembly-line speed.

/ The Workflow

Each stage is documented for audit

Stage 01

Formulation audit and ingredient clearance

Every proposed formulation is screened against BPOM's permitted ingredient list before a single gram is mixed. Restricted substances are flagged and resolved in writing before the project advances.

Stage 02

Batch formulation and in-process testing

Production batches are tested at three in-process checkpoints—viscosity, pH, and microbial count—before any product moves to filling. Each checkpoint is logged against the batch record.

Stage 03

Filling, sealing, and packaging control

Filling lines are sanitized per batch. Sealed units are sampled for label accuracy and torque integrity before palletizing. Any deviation triggers a non-conformance report, not a workaround.

Stage 04

BPOM registration and dossier submission

We prepare and submit the complete BPOM registration dossier on your behalf—formulation data, stability reports, and safety assessments. We track submission status and respond to agency queries directly.

Stage 05

Certified batch release and handover

No product leaves our facility without a signed certificate of analysis and confirmed BPOM notification number. The batch record, test results, and approval documents are handed over with each shipment.

BPOM Registration

Certified Release

3–5 weeks. Ingredient clearance, trial batches, and in-process test cycles. Timeline extends if restricted substances require reformulation.

6–14 weeks. Agency review timeline is set by BPOM, not by us. We submit complete dossiers to avoid back-and-forth delays.

1 week post-approval. Certificate of analysis, BPOM notification number, and full batch documentation issued before shipment.

1–2 weeks. Production run, sealing, sampling, and non-conformance clearance before palletizing.
